Why you don't hear about Pinchor in the Dark Horse Tournament

Oh yes, Pinchor is in the Dark Horse Tournament. You may think that my entry is <Corrupter-of-Thought>, after all the rules do dictate a single character per contestant. But seriously, those of you who know me, do I really care what the rules say? Officially yes, of course I care about the rules, but as soon as the bigwigs turn their back…well, let's just say I only play nice when I'm being watched.
No, it isn't because of rules that you don't hear about Pinchor's battles. It's because…well, let me just tell you the story.

Late at night, on August the 12th, the French Crab submitted to his gallery in the category of writing, a deviation by the title of "DHT Entry on Pinchor". It depicted the duel between Pinchor and another deviant's original character (the deviant in question requested to remain anonymous). In this duel, Pinchor arose victorious, and the opponent was removed from the tournament.
One of the deviantArt administrators happened upon this story almost immediately after it was posted. He took the time to sit and read over the story, and promptly died. His elderly mother walked in to see her son dead on the floor, and in an effort to find out what killed him, she also read the story. Thereafter, she suffered three strokes and a heart attack. Simultaneously.
Needless to say, this story was dangerous. It was quickly removed, and the French Crab was sent to arrested, for multiple accounts of manslaughter. During his trial, several other shocking secrets came to light. Shamefully, the French Crab was forced to admit that he was, in fact, not French at all. His name, in the crab's native tongue, was Moltor the Skinned One. Moltor was imprisoned for life, with little to no chance of parole.
At this point, you're no doubt wondering how it is that Moltor, aka the French Crab, continues to submit works to deviantArt. It's true, prisoners are not allowed computer access, but they are allowed mail.
Prior to his incarceration, Moltor met a lovely crab lady by the name of Powor. The two quickly grew fond of each other, and could regularly be seen dining together. As Pinchor was a business associate of Moltor's, and a close personal friend, he was also introduced. Pinchor was instantly in love with Powor, and had to have her for his own. He soon wooed her with his crabby charms. Seeing what was happening, Moltor became distant from both of them, yet continues to correspond via mail, so that Pinchor's story reaches the Dark Horse Tournament.
Sadly, Moltor's tales continue to claim lives, and are therefore banned from being posted on deviantArt. Know instead, that Pinchor is competing in the DHT, but you'll never hear a word of it.

I don't know exactly why, but I found this hilarious, :P. And this Dark Horse Tournament actually sounds really cool, taking a look at it right now! -Psalms

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it.
You definately should, I've had a lot of fun with the DHT, and it hasn't even started yet.

Looks awesome! This account's for a roleplaying site, sort of a publicity thing for it; from what I've been reading, the DHT sounds just like the kind of thing the people hanging around Razor's Edge are into; I'll certainly think about trying to enter! My personal profile's here, [link] so if I sign up, that'll be me, :P. (Also, just read your piece on Pinchor. Made of win, :P) -Psalms

Aha hah hah! Nice, the first part reminds me of a Monty Python skit.
:iconthefrenchcrab:
Spread the word! The DHT has had a hard time getting participation, so any help is very much appreciated.

That link's not working for me.
:iconthefrenchcrab:
Lol. There's actually a reason I wrote this. First off, I needed it to set up for some of my future DHT entries (mentioning the small crab shuffling about between battles and whatnot, it's rather boring to watch a machine idle, and that's all it would do). That, and it was a lot of fun to write.

Lol, I'm glad you like it.

Oops. Well, lol, it's SMUday as a profile name, however that works, :P. You guys have already reached the deadline for the forseeable future on getting in new peoples, right? -Psalms
